and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data<\/p>\n<p>The references of the authorization obtained implemented security measures to protect the personal information you provide to us, in particular against unauthorized access and use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security of personal data <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to guarantee the secrecy, security and confidentiality of data, AUDITIA MAROC undertakes to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the data, in particular preventing it from being distorted, damaged and preventing any access that is not previously authorized by the Client;<\/li>\n<li>Process data only within the framework of the instructions and authorization received from the Client;<\/li>\n<li>Process information only entirely and exclusively within the framework of this contract;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the lawfulness of the processing carried out within the framework of the mission entrusted;<\/li>\n<li>Do not use the services of a subcontractor, unless the latter is previously and expressly authorized by the Client and acts under its responsibility and the control of the service provider, within the framework of a contract subject to prior validation by the Client and ensuring compliance with the obligations subscribed to by the service provider;<\/li>\n<li>Respect its obligation of secrecy, security and confidentiality, during any maintenance and remote maintenance operation, carried out within the premises of the service provider or any company involved in the processing;<\/li>\n<li>Take all security measures, particularly material and logistical, to ensure the conservation and integrity of the data processed;<\/li>\n<li>Take all measures to prevent any misappropriation, malicious or fraudulent use of the data processed;<\/li>\n<li>Proceed, at the end of the contract, to the destruction of data, computerized or manual files, appearing on any medium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moreover, <strong>AUDITIA MOROCCO<\/strong> is prohibited:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To disclose, in any form whatsoever, all or part of the information contained in computerized or manual files, or appearing on any medium transmitted by the Client or concerning information collected during the execution of this contract;<\/li>\n<li>To use the media or documents entrusted to it, by any means or purpose whatsoever, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, for professional, personal or private purposes other than those defined in this contract, all or part of the information contained on said media or collected by it during the execution of this contract;<\/li>\n<li>to take a copy or store, whatever the form and purpose, all or part of the information contained on the media or documents which have been entrusted to it or collected by it during the execution of this contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally,<strong> AUDITIA MOROCCO<\/strong> undertakes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At the Client's request, to provide proof that it has the organizational, technical and financial means to guarantee compliance and effectiveness of the obligation of secrecy, confidentiality and security resulting from the contract;<\/li>\n<li>To cooperate with the Client in all circumstances involving the obligation of secrecy, confidentiality and security;<\/li>\n<li>To allow the completion by the Client or any person mandated by the latter and provided that the auditors are not direct competitors of the service provider, of any verification that appears useful to it of the execution of the obligations by the service provider. The service provider undertakes to cooperate in good faith and without reservation with the auditors once it is notified of the completion of an audit;<\/li>\n<li>To implement at its own expense and without delay all corrective measures highlighted in the verification report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AUDITIA MOROCCO<\/strong> recognizes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That in the event of non-compliance with the obligations undertaken within the framework of this contract, liability may be incurred criminally;<\/li>\n<li>That he may be held liable to the Client for damage caused as a result of a failure to fulfill the obligations resulting from this contract, as well as for the payment of compensation for the damage suffered;<\/li>\n<li>That the Client may pronounce the immediate termination of the service provision contract, without compensation in favor of the service provider, in the event of non-compliance with secrecy, confidentiality and data security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your rights regarding your personal data <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Moroccan law n\u00b009-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition concerning your personal data.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise this right, you can contact AUDITIA MAROC at any time, by contacting our information service (see the \u201cContact Us\u201d section below). You also have the possibility of submitting a complaint to the personal data protection supervisory authority.
