The business model is the representation of how a company creates value, delivers it to its customers and transforms it into revenue. It's not just a theoretical document, but a genuine strategic tool that guides all the entrepreneur's decisions.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building a business model starts with defining the <\/span><b>value proposition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This is the company's response to an identified market need or problem. The clearer and more differentiated the value proposition is, and the more closely it is aligned with customer expectations, the more it becomes the solid foundation of the business. From there, it's a matter of identifying the target customer segments and determining the most appropriate distribution and communication channels to reach these customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another fundamental aspect of the business model is the internal organization that supports the value proposition. This includes the key activities to be carried out by the company, the resources required to carry them out, and the strategic partnerships to be developed. These elements structure the production apparatus and help define operational choices in line with the company's ambition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The business model must also give concrete expression to the <strong>revenue and cost structure<\/strong>. This means understanding how the company generates its revenue, whether through the sale of products, the provision of services, a subscription system or any other innovative formula. At the same time, it is necessary to<strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1318\">\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.auditia.ma\/en\/accounting\/bookkeeping\/\">anticipate fixed and variable costs<\/a><\/strong>, the investments to be made and the margin that the company can generate. This work makes it possible to test the economic viability of the project even before its implementation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most widely used tool for modeling your business model is the <\/span><b>Business Model Canvas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, developed by Alexander Osterwalder. It's a simple, visual diagram that brings together on a single page the nine essential components of a business model. This tool offers a global vision and facilitates adjustments, because a business model is not set in stone. It evolves with the market, competitors and the company's strategic choices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Morocco, the construction of a business model is also influenced by the regulatory, tax and financial context. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.auditia.ma\/en\/board\/subsidies-and-incentives\/\"><strong data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2158\">Access to investment grants<\/strong><\/a>, to schemes such as MDM Invest for MRE or even to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.auditia.ma\/en\/board\/search-for-financing\/\"><strong data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2317\">bank financing<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0requires presenting a structured and credible economic model.
