Voici les pi\u00e8ges les plus courants et comment les \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n<h2>Erreur 1 : Recruter dans l&#8217;urgence<\/h2>\n<p>Face \u00e0 une charge de travail qui explose, beaucoup d&#8217;entrepreneurs cherchent \u00e0 recruter le plus vite possible. Mauvais r\u00e9flexe. Un recrutement pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 d\u00e9bouche sur une erreur de casting : profil mal adapt\u00e9, attentes mal align\u00e9es, int\u00e9gration rat\u00e9e. Le co\u00fbt ? Le salaire vers\u00e9 sans contrepartie, mais aussi l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 perdue et la motivation de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe affect\u00e9e. Prenez le temps qu&#8217;il faut, m\u00eame quand vous \u00eates d\u00e9bord\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Erreur 2 : Mal d\u00e9finir le poste<\/h2>\n<p>Avant de recruter, clarifiez sur papier les missions pr\u00e9cises, les responsabilit\u00e9s, les comp\u00e9tences requises, le positionnement hi\u00e9rarchique et les indicateurs de performance attendus. Sans cette clart\u00e9, le recrutement devient hasardeux et vous ne pourrez jamais \u00e9valuer objectivement votre collaborateur. Les clauses particuli\u00e8res (p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai, non-concurrence, confidentialit\u00e9, mobilit\u00e9) doivent aussi \u00eatre r\u00e9dig\u00e9es avec soin.<\/p>\n<h2>Erreur 5 : Mal calibrer la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n<p>Sous-payer pour \u00e9conomiser conduit \u00e0 des d\u00e9parts rapides et \u00e0 une perte d&#8217;attractivit\u00e9. \u00c0 l&#8217;inverse, surpayer pour rassurer cr\u00e9e des distorsions internes et fragilise vos finances.
