AUDITIA MOROCCO has created this privacy and personal data protection policy (“Privacy Policy”), in order to communicate its policy and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information about you, which will have been obtained on the application AUDITIA MOROCCO.
In case AUDITIA MOROCCO decides to modify its confidentiality policy, it undertakes to communicate to you the new version of its Confidentiality Policy while remaining compliant with the provisions in force.
If you decide to use our services, you agree that AUDITIA MOROCCO collects and uses information about you, including personal information, under the conditions defined in this Confidentiality Policy.

AUDITIA MAROC has obtained authorization from the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) for the processing of personal data, and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data

The data is protected in our servers and servers of our local Cloud hosting providers and is only accessible by authorized third parties who are aware of their legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
We have of course ensured that our Cloud hosting providers are subject to the same legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data.

AUDITIA MOROCCO reserves the right to use cookies or similar systems on the application to facilitate navigation, personalize and improve the information that appears there, control its use and for statistical and security purposes (in particular: the IP address, the type of Internet browser and the operating system used and/or the pages of the website visited).

All personal data collected through the AUDITIA MAROC application is strictly confidential and will only be accessible to authorized persons at AUDITIA MAROC or its partners acting on its behalf and under its responsibility.

Security of personal data
In order to guarantee the secrecy, security and confidentiality of data, AUDITIA MAROC undertakes to:
- Take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the data, in particular preventing it from being distorted, damaged and preventing any access that is not previously authorized by the Client;
- Process data only within the framework of the instructions and authorization received from the Client;
- Process information only entirely and exclusively within the framework of this contract;
- Ensure the lawfulness of the processing carried out within the framework of the mission entrusted;
- Do not use the services of a subcontractor, unless the latter is previously and expressly authorized by the Client and acts under its responsibility and the control of the service provider, within the framework of a contract subject to prior validation by the Client and ensuring compliance with the obligations subscribed to by the service provider;
- Respect its obligation of secrecy, security and confidentiality, during any maintenance and remote maintenance operation, carried out within the premises of the service provider or any company involved in the processing;
- Take all security measures, particularly material and logistical, to ensure the conservation and integrity of the data processed;
- Take all measures to prevent any misappropriation, malicious or fraudulent use of the data processed;
- Proceed, at the end of the contract, to the destruction of data, computerized or manual files, appearing on any medium.
Moreover, AUDITIA MOROCCO is prohibited:
- To disclose, in any form whatsoever, all or part of the information contained in computerized or manual files, or appearing on any medium transmitted by the Client or concerning information collected during the execution of this contract;
- To use the media or documents entrusted to it, by any means or purpose whatsoever, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, for professional, personal or private purposes other than those defined in this contract, all or part of the information contained on said media or collected by it during the execution of this contract;
- to take a copy or store, whatever the form and purpose, all or part of the information contained on the media or documents which have been entrusted to it or collected by it during the execution of this contract.
Finally, AUDITIA MOROCCO undertakes:
- At the Client's request, to provide proof that it has the organizational, technical and financial means to guarantee compliance and effectiveness of the obligation of secrecy, confidentiality and security resulting from the contract;
- To cooperate with the Client in all circumstances involving the obligation of secrecy, confidentiality and security;
- To allow the completion by the Client or any person mandated by the latter and provided that the auditors are not direct competitors of the service provider, of any verification that appears useful to it of the execution of the obligations by the service provider. The service provider undertakes to cooperate in good faith and without reservation with the auditors once it is notified of the completion of an audit;
- To implement at its own expense and without delay all corrective measures highlighted in the verification report.
AUDITIA MOROCCO recognizes:
- That in the event of non-compliance with the obligations undertaken within the framework of this contract, liability may be incurred criminally;
- That he may be held liable to the Client for damage caused as a result of a failure to fulfill the obligations resulting from this contract, as well as for the payment of compensation for the damage suffered;
- That the Client may pronounce the immediate termination of the service provision contract, without compensation in favor of the service provider, in the event of non-compliance with secrecy, confidentiality and data security.
Your rights regarding your personal data
In accordance with Moroccan law n°09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition concerning your personal data.
To exercise this right, you can contact AUDITIA MAROC at any time, by contacting our information service (see the “Contact Us” section below). You also have the possibility of submitting a complaint to the personal data protection supervisory authority. If necessary, you must ensure that you provide AUDITIA MAROC with updates or changes to the information concerning you, including in particular that relating to your postal and/or electronic address in order to enable us to send any requested information documents (for example: newsletter) to the correct address and to contact you about this if necessary.
Responsibility
AUDITIA MAROC strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the site. However, AUDITIA MAROC cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions, nor for direct or indirect damage that may result from access to or use of the site.
Taking effect
This privacy policy takes effect on the date of the initial subscription to the services of the AUDITIA MAROC application.
